We follow gauge to gauge aka point to point fuel system, that is you need to return the vehicle wth the same amount of fuel as received. There will be a charge of Rs.900/- per point of less fuel with an addition of Rs.200/- as refueling charge.

We do not provide pick/drop service to anywhere else other than the once mentioned in our Search Here form.

GoiCar offers unlimited kilometres of travel to its customers for their travel period within state of Goa. Subscription vehicles have kilometer capping of 3000 km/month.


We need a clear photo of valid driving license with no endorsement for last 2 years and valid aadhaar card or any other id proof. We Do NOT keep any originals documents howver hirer is required to produce his original documets for verification at the time of delivery of vehicle. Your booking is subject to cancellation if originals documents are not produced at the time of delivery, we also accept Digilockar documents.

Yes, hirer needs to sign on the rental contract "Form 5".

You can have a co driver, for which you have to submit his valid driving licence before start of the rental. Please note the hirer will be solely responsible in case of any liabilities.

No, you just need the confirmation message sent to you via WhtasApp/Email.


Yes. GoiCar will provide with all the necessary documents required to self drive in Goa without any hassle.

Should not carry people more than capacity of the vehicle. You should NOT DO: off road driving, driving on beaches, over speeding, No pets, no illegal/unlawful activities, use the vehicle for towing purpose, etc.

In the event of accident, immediately contact the GoiCar customer service number. Register a police complaint with FIR copy submitted to GoiCar head office.

The hirer/renter who have not opted for CDW are sole responsible for all the damages arising from third party. The hirer/renter is also liable for any downtime that may arise.

CDW is Collision Damage Waiver. It covers all major/minor accidental damages. It does NOT cover trye/tyre damage, towing, third party and all that, that is not a part of vehicle or has occured due to accidental impact.


We accept payments through card, net banking, UPI and mobile wallets. We strongly advise to avoid cash payments.

No, the security deposit is excluding of rental charges which has to be paid at the time of pick up of the vehicle. Rental charges includes rent for the period + pick and drop charges and other govt charges as may be applicable. Taxes

As per GoiCar's security deposit policy an amount depending on vehicle is collected at the start of the rental period. It can be apind through QR Code/Google pay/NEFT. The security deposit is refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days after the end of rental period ends subject to vehicle condition and fuel level.
